As you already know good leads are hard to get. We have tried every lead service you can get and most of them are not very honest this is why they ask you what’s your daily budget. Once they know your daily budget then they send you a bunch of leads to match that budget. Some good lead but most of them bad or even fraudulent.
When Max sent me the first email I was thinking to myself (great another lead service telling me they can get me a bunch of good leads). But something was different with Max and our budget for leads was $50,000 a month at the time. What’s another $3500 dollars?
This was about 1 year ago and now I only use Max. We have increased our budget with Max to $16,000 dollars per month and get enough “Good” leads to give my 42 salesmen 2 leads each per day. Our sales ratios went way up. He can truly get you people that need a roof and are shopping for a roof.
He does this by peeking peoples interest in Roofing products not regularly available in your area. But the home owner is looking for a new roof regardless and it is up to your salesmen to sell them a product that looks similar to that product. Most of my salesmen just sell them a standard Shingle roof once they find out how much the other product cost.
Don’t get me wrong you still have to have great salesman to sell but we find that these leads make our job a lot simpler. Just remember nothing will be as good or replace a self generated lead or a referral.
